Subscribe & Save Policy

Ayaani Subscribe & Save is designed to make it easier to keep your daily wellness routine consistent. Subscription orders are recurring orders and are managed through Shopify Subscriptions and your Ayaani customer account.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription by logging in to your Ayaani customer account using the email address used at checkout. Inside your account, open Manage subscriptions to view active subscriptions and manage eligible subscription details where Shopify allows.

Changing or cancelling before renewal

Subscription changes or cancellations should be completed before the next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been created, packed or dispatched may not be possible to stop.

Already processed subscription orders

Once a subscription order has been processed, it is treated like a standard order. Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders, but it does not automatically cancel, refund or return an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Processed subscription orders follow our standard shipping, returns and refund policies.
