Subscription Policy
Ayaani Subscribe & Save is a recurring-order service managed through Shopify Subscriptions and your secure Ayaani customer account.
How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorise recurring payments using the payment method used at checkout at the selected billing and delivery frequency until the subscription is changed, cancelled, expired or otherwise ended. Product, price, discount, frequency and order details are shown before checkout is completed.
Changing or cancelling before renewal
Complete changes or cancellations before the next scheduled billing date. We recommend making changes at least 24 hours before renewal because orders already created, charged, packed or dispatched may not be possible to stop.
Already processed orders
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel, refund or return an order already processed or dispatched. Processed subscription orders follow the standard shipping, returns and refund policies.
Payment issues
If a subscription payment fails, Shopify or Ayaani may retry payment or contact you to update payment details. A failed payment may delay, pause or cancel a subscription order.
Price, shipping and availability changes
Product prices, subscription discounts, delivery frequencies, shipping charges and availability may change. Where required, Ayaani will provide notice before changes affect an active subscription.
