Your Ayaani Subscribe & Save routine is managed securely through your Ayaani customer account.
What you can manage
- View active subscriptions and upcoming renewal details.
- Change eligible subscription details and delivery preferences.
- Cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing date.
Before your next renewal
Please make changes before the scheduled billing date. Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders, but it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed, charged, packed or dispatched.
Having trouble signing in?
Use the same email address used at checkout. Shopify may send a one-time login code to that address.
For urgent cancellation support, email support@ayaani.co.uk with your order number and checkout email address. We will help verify the account and subscription.
