Manage your Ayaani subscription
Your Ayaani Subscribe & Save routine is managed through your Ayaani customer account.
Log in using the email address used at checkout. Inside your account, open Manage subscriptions to view active subscriptions and manage eligible subscription details, including changing or cancelling subscriptions where Shopify allows.
What customers can do
- View eligible active subscriptions.
- Manage upcoming subscription details where available.
- Update details where Shopify allows.
- Cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing date.
Important
Please make subscription changes before the next scheduled renewal. Orders that have already been processed, charged, packed or dispatched may not be possible to stop. Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges, but any order already processed will follow our standard shipping, returns and refund policies.
